Project Engineer
The Project Engineer assists Project Management team members in the overall administrative and technical direction of one or more construction projects. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing the submittal process, analyzing and distributing Construction Change Directives, tracking and processing RFI’s, monitoring and inspecting quality of work, and maintaining consistent communication with all project stakeholders.

Superintendent
The Superintendent position supervises and coordinates total construction efforts to ensure projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating and supervising onsite functions including schedules, materials and people. In addition, this role monitors compliance, investigates accidents and implements quality control programs. Lastly, the Superintendent works with the Project Manager and confers with owners, contractors and design professions for overall project success.
