UNMC Student Apartments

Dicon was awarded a great opportunity to work with the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) to create a student housing project that involved the construction of two student dormitories and apartment buildings. Each building is a wood frame with brick veneer and contains 30 units each. This project was located within the UNMC campus and required that we provided a safe environment for student/faculty traffic. This project was completed on schedule.
