Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo

Dicon constructed a new 6,000 square foot cold storage warehouse at the Omaha Henry Doorly Zoo in 2015. Scope of work included the erection of the steel-framed structure and installation of all HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and telecommunication systems. The project also required extensive site grading and the installation of a storm sewer system. Strict safety and scheduling procedures were developed to accommodate ongoing operations.
