This project consisted of the renovation of an existing warehouse and addition of a new warehouse and cold storage. The existing 20,000 SF warehouse was renovated to be able to install a high speed and high volume automated storage and pick system. Due to the high volume and racking system, new fire sprinkler lines with high water output were installed in addition to modifications to the cooling and lighting systems. The 10,000 square foot addition of the warehouse and cold storage consisted of loading dock doors, as well as a ramp for smaller vans and trucks for easy loading. Construction was structural steel framing, bar joists, TPO roofing with insulated metal panels for the exterior walls.
